Fresh Sea Bass fillets marinaded with a homemade jerk seasoning recipe perfect for all types of fish.

Description
Jerk Seasoned Fish
Ingredients
2 Sea Bass Fish Fillets (other types of fish can also used)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp hot paprika
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp runny honey
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 fresh green chillies, chopped
a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
1. Add all the spices to a bowl and mix well together
​
2. Using an applicator brush apply the jerk seasoning to the fish fillets on both sides then drizzle some olive oil over the fish
​
3. Set the grill to medium-high and grill the fish fillets for a few minutes. Turn over the fish when the outer layer begins to brown.
​
4. Serving suggestion: Serve with chips and salad.
