A Berry Healthy Smoothie

1 handful of spinach
1 cup of red grapes
1 cup of frozen raspberries & blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of frozen mangos
1/2 of cold water 

6 good reasons to start your day right with a delicious berry burst smoothie! Raspberries & blackberries, bananna, spinach, mango, grapes and water blended togther to make the perfect smoothie.

1. In a smoothie maker cup, add the spinach, grapes, frozen raspberries & blueberries. 

 

2. Chop the banana in half then add to the cup, followed by the frozen mangos and 1/2 cup of cold water. 

 

3. Place the lid on, connect to the machine, then blend for 30 seconds.
